Encouraging worship and equipping worshipers around the world.

In August 2018, Chris Voigt Worship will take a team of worship ministry leaders to facilitate our worship training conference in South America. We are excited to return for our third conference in Argentina, this time visiting the beautiful city of San Juan. Partnering together with local churches, pastors, worship leaders and musicians, we will offer a comprehensive training event designed to equip and encourage worship teams with biblical leadership training and practical tools for effective worship ministry. While many churches in South America have access to far fewer training opportunities and resources than those in the United States, pastors and leaders are eager to take their worship experiences and team members to a higher level of skill and understanding. We are excited to partner with them to provide this opportunity for growth and leadership development. This conference is for anyone who is involved in worship ministry in any way. FACULTY

Chris Voigt, Lead Pastor of Dayspring Fellowship, Keizer, OR

He is the founder of Chris Voigt Worship, an international non-profit ministry that encourages and equips church leaders around the world with biblical training and practical tools for healthy and effective ministry. He is a Lead Pastor at Dayspring Fellowship in Keizer, OR, leads the Board of Directors for Worship Northwest, runs a business consulting company, and is both an author and recording artist. His passion for developing whole-hearted worshipers and thriving ministries that exalt Jesus has fueled his own ministry for more than 25 years.

DeeDee Voigt, Dayspring Fellowship, Keizer, Oregon

DeeDee has been a leader and member of worship teams for more than 20 years. Over that time, the importance of stage presence in leading worship has become a passion for her. She met her husband, Chris, 25 years ago at a rehearsal, and they have sung and led worship together ever since. Ministry, a full-time job, her two young adult kids and beautiful granddaughter keep DeeDee busy, but very happy.

Joaquin Silva, Dayspring Fellowship, Keizer, Oregon

Joaquin was born in Ica, Peru. God called Joaquin’s family to move to the USA when he was a young boy. They followed God’s call and went to be missionaries to the Hispanic population in Eastern Washington. Joaquin discovered his love for music at a young age. After graduating from high school, God led him to pursue a music and ministry degree at Corban University in Salem, Oregon. Joaquin is primarily a guitar player, but has been known to tickle the ivories, drop the bass and can occasionally carry a tune. He loves to lead worship at Dayspring Fellowship in Keizer, Oregon, whenever he has an opportunity and is thankful for the opportunity to share the knowledge and skills that God has given him.
