Where is the conference held? When does it start? How long is it?

The San Juan conference is Friday evening, August 31 from 9 - 11 pm and Saturday, September 1 from 10 am - 6:30 pm at Iglesia Bautista Viña Nueva.  Cost: $150

 

Is there food or water available at WSA?

Coffee and water will be provided on campus during all breaks. Our recommendation is that you bring snacks with you if you want or need food throughout the day.

 

What about meals?

We will take a longer break at lunchtime during which you will be able to leave the church and get lunch.The cost of lunch is not included in the conference.

 

Should I bring my instrument?

By all means. You don’t want to be hauling amps or drum kits around with you, but having a guitar, a bass, or some drums sticks in your hands can help you learn even faster. Many of the breakout sessions are hands-on by nature and it may be helpful to you to be able to finger along as you are learning.

 

What about my child, can I bring him/her?

If you have a teenage musician who is interested in developing their skills, by all means bring him/her. Note: teenage means at least 13-years-old. Out of respect for fellow attendees children under 13 are not allowed.
